The school’s football team took the top spot on the 2017 rankings, with 17 players making the cut.
That was up from 16 last year and the team had 19 players who made the cut in 2018.
Maryland also had the most high school players with five.
They had 10 players on the team in 2017 and nine in 2018, and the total number of players on campus is now up to 17.
There were four players in the Class of 2019 who made their collegiate debut in 2018: wide receiver Austin Loy and defensive back Justin Whitehead.
They also had a quarterback and defensive backs in the class of 2019.
The rest of the football teams in the top 15 were all located in the Southeast region.
The University of Georgia (11), Virginia Tech (10), Auburn (9), Georgia Tech (9) and Tennessee (9).
The next 10 spots are: Alabama (6), LSU (6) Clemson (6); Tennessee (6).
