A student at a public university in northern California was inspired to start a cupcake company with a friend after seeing a recipe on Instagram.
In the fall of 2018, Emily Pemberton started the company, CakeBusters, with a couple of friends and a few friends of friends.
After a few months, Pembertts co-founder, Ryan Jones, was able to get an order from the company.
“It was just crazy.
We didn’t have the capital and it was kind of a wild start.
We just wanted to do something that was fun and a little different,” Pemberts told The Daily Meal.
But the excitement soon turned to frustration.
“We didn’t want to make cakes.
We wanted to make something to do with our friends and make a few fun little treats.
It was a little disappointing,” Pitter said.
So, Pitter decided to go back to the drawing board.
“I just kept trying different ideas,” she said.
“Then we had a couple ideas that didn’t work, and we just kept thinking, well, we can always make a cup cake or we can try some other ideas.”
After several months of trial and error, Pemmerts cofounder, Alex Cappell, finally got the recipe down to a science.
“My first cupcake was amazing,” Cappel said.
It’s been five years since the recipe was created, but Pembernt’s latest creation is still one of the best creations in her repertoire.
“The way it’s supposed to look is a cupcakes cupcake,” Pemmett said.
The cakes are light and fluffy and are baked in a muffin tin.
It takes less than 20 minutes to make, and you can store them in the refrigerator for up to a month.
Pemmers company is also launching an online store for the cakes, so they’re available in more than 40 countries.
And it’s not the only new idea in the cake business.
There’s also a new way to get cupcakes to your doorstep, by using an iPhone.
“You can actually make them from an iPhone,” Pimmert said.
There are now hundreds of different recipes that include different recipes for cupcakes, cookies, cakes, pies, cookies and more.
“There’s so many ways to do this.
You can mix and match different recipes.
We’re trying to get people excited about making cupcakes on their iPhones,” Pemerts cofounders said.
Pembertn and Jones have also set up a new company called Drip, which is aiming to bring the cupcake to the masses.
The idea is to make cupcakes for people who want a quick and easy way to make their own cupcakes without having to cook.
“When you get someone to cook with you and then make them cupcakes from your cupcakes they’re kind of like the king and queen of the cupcakes,” Pimmerts said.
